While weight loss will certainly be a part of the program for many people, we don’t just want to focus on the weight.

Our 6-week program begins on January 15th and is designed to take your fitness to the next level and give you the tools to become stronger and healthier, no matter what your starting point is.  We’ll help you set specific and attainable goals, achieve new levels of fitness, and build habits in and out of the gym to continue making progress long after the 6-week challenge is over.

Since this is a New Year “Challenge” after all, we’ve added a competition component. Everyone involved will be split into two groups each led by some of our expert strength coaches and you’ll have opportunities over the course of the 6 weeks to earn points for your team towards a prize!

HERE’S HOW WE JUDGE

  • Attendance – Starting a new training program only works if you work it! We will be tracking your attendance over the course of the challenge and if you hit a certain mark, you’ll earn points!
  • Weekly Challenges – Every week we will post a challenge at the gym designed to help get you more invested in a healthier lifestyle. It could be meal related, activities, or more!
  • Achievements – Training with a purpose is one of your core values at Champion and we want to help you achieve them! We will help you set achievable goals on your first week here and when you achieve them you can earn points for your team!

  • A 1-on-1 Strategy Session
  • A comprehensive movement assessment
  • A customized training program built around your goals and abilities
  • Coaching from our expert training staff
  • A semi-private training atmosphere available during the following time blocks throughout the day:
    • 7:00AM-10:00AM – Monday through Friday
    • 12:00PM- 3:00PM – Monday through Friday
    • 4:00PM-8:00PM – NO SPOTS AVAILABLE!

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM
