THE CHAMPION PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

All clients start off with a 1-on-1 assessment. This allows us to create the perfect customized program based off of your goals, needs and current ability. Our focus on improving general fitness capacity, mobility and strength sets the stage for long term progress so that training never feels stagnant.

CUSTOM TRAINING WITH A PURPOSE

Measurable goals help keep your training on track. We won’t hand you a program with no structure – we’ll meet with you at the end of each phase and plan out a framework of multiple months at a time to plan for each of your specific goals.

TRAINING FOR LIFE

Long term training and progressions are what our team prides ourselves on. Training with expert guidance is important to maximize your performance. Coaches meet with individuals to test and reassess to make sure everyone is on the way to achieving their goals.

EXPERT COACHING

Our coaching staff excels at connecting with our athletes to get the most out of each individual. They are trained in many of the latest assessment, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning philosophies like the CSCS through the NSCA, USA Olympic Weightlifting Certified, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Champion Performance Specialist (C-PS) and more!

Our state-of-the-art technology is used to gather comprehensive performance metrics relating to strength, power, and longevity. This gives us the ability to test the specific metrics and aids us in making more informed decisions about training programs, and track your progress over time.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE TO FIT YOUR LIFESTYLE

Schedule all of your training right from your phone. You’ll have full access to schedule in any of our training times that run Monday through Friday starting at 6:00am and Saturdays starting at 7:30am.
