Let us be your one-stop-shop to enhance your baseball & softball performance through a comprehensive strength and conditioning program, arm care program, and skill coaching from our elite team.
Champion’s Baseball & Softball Performance Program has everything you need to enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injury.
All athletes start off with a 1-on-1 physical therapy evaluation to assess baseline strength and locate any weaknesses. The body develops the force when throwing, but the arm must control the force. A solid arm care and throwing program is the foundation of every Major League Baseball player’s routine, yet often ignored in younger athletes.
Not every strength program is optimal for getting the most out of baseball players. You’ll meet 1-on-1 with a strength coach to perform an assessment and build a program based on your unique needs and goals. By focusing on developing complete athleticism, lower body strength, and linear and rotational power, you can easily enhance your velocity and hitting performance.
Notice how hitting and pitching are last? Without the two buckets above in place, it won’t matter how good your mechanics are or what program you follow. But once you have a solid foundation in place, your body will get even more out of working with a coach to enhance your sport-specific skill. Whether you’re looking to learn sound fundamental mechanics, enhance your pitching or hitting velocity, or learn more advanced pitch-design concepts, our coaching staff can help.
Most athletes pick one, maybe two, of these buckets to focus on, but in order to really take it to the next level, you must focus on all three. This is the secret to developing elite performance and exactly what the Big Leaguers we work with do to prepare themselves for each season. Champion makes it easy by having access to all three areas in-house.
