All of our Sports Performance Programs begin with a 1-on-1 biomechanical and movement assessment as well as performance testing done through our Sports Science Initiative. This allows us to create optimally customized programs based on your goals, needs, sport and current abilities. We focus on complete athletic development combining mobility, agility, strength, power and endurance.
To build the complete athlete, you need to focus on all aspects of performance. Other programs often focus on only a handful of these attributes which can lead to suboptimal performance or even worse, injury.
By focusing on complete athletic development integrated into your programs via our Sports Science Initiative, you are ensuring that you address all of your weaknesses and maximize your strengths.
You can schedule your training sessions at time slots convenient to you. We have several options available throughout the day, but they do fill up fast. You’ll perform your program in a team environment with other athletes, but we will customize your program based on your level and needs. This makes our environment fun and dynamic, while still allowing us to offer you plenty of individualized attention. We’ll advance your program every 5 weeks based on your new testing data so we can continue to make targeted progress towards your specific goals.
How we use cutting edge technology to help improve athletic performance
Our Sports Science Initiative is a huge part of our Sports Performance programs. We are industry leaders in adopting the usage of technology to measure and track athletic performance.
Our usage of technology starts right away during our 1-on-1 Assessment where we measure athletic qualities such as Speed, Agility, Power, Explosive Strength, and Endurance. At the end of the assessment, the athlete will be given a full report card that displays their current performance metrics with comparisons to normative data. This gives our strength coaches great insight into the specific strengths and weaknesses of the athlete. They are then able to design a customized program based on not only their movement assessment and biomechanical analysis, but also their current athletic profile. This also gives the athlete an opportunity to see what their current strengths and weaknesses are and get an insight into how to fill any gaps in their performance.
Once we initially collect the performance metrics data during the assessment, we will continue to measure and apply the data on a monthly basis to make sure our athletes are moving in the right direction. This continual usage of metrics creates an awesome environment for competition while also giving the athletes constant feedback in regards to their progress.
