Set the Foundation for Long Term Athletic Development with our Youth Sports Performance Programs
Our acclaimed youth group sports performance programs are offered for our younger “pre-high school” aged athletes, as young as 3rd grade. We focus on complete athletic development combining mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance into one complete program, with the emphasis at this age on what we call the “ABC’s of movement” – Agility, Balance, and Coordination.
Our programs are designed to help our younger athletes learn the basics of movement skills and to set the stage for long term athletic development. By working on these fundamental athletic skills at this age, the young athlete will be better prepared to enhance their athletic ability. These programs are popular with both athletes and parents.

I started training here because I needed to get stronger and in shape for tennis season. I like how it’s at your own pace. And if something is too difficult it can always be modified to your ability level. There is always someone to spot you and make sure you have correct form. I definitely feel like I have more stamina, that’s one thing I’ve really noticed, and just stronger in general. The other gyms I went to was a group setting and you go at the same pace as everyone else. I like the more individualized attention at Champion. In my experience, Champion is the best place to go for training.

Without Champion’s arm care and performance programs, I honestly wouldn’t be pitching right now.
Our programs run each sport season throughout the year. You can select a package below based on the number of training sessions per week for our sports performance and youth performance programs.
Training 3-4x per week is recommended to maximize performance. 2x per week will be beneficial, especially in younger athletes, but 3-4x per week will maximize athletic development (our professional and collegiate athletes train 4x per week throughout the year). For those with schedule restrictions or that are inseason with a sport, we also have 1x per week training designed to combat the wear and tear of the season and keep you strong and healthy.
You can start anytime. We will prorate the below rates for those that want to start earlier or who can not start at the beginning of the session.
