We are super excited to announce our upcoming New Year, New You Challenge at Champion PT and Performance. Our past challenges at #TeamChampion have been a blast and this year’s is going to be even better!
While weight loss will certainly be a part of the program for many people, we don’t just want to focus on the weight.
Our 6-week program begins on January 15th and is designed to take your fitness to the next level and give you the tools to become stronger and healthier, no matter what your starting point is. We’ll help you set specific and attainable goals, achieve new levels of fitness, and build habits in and out of the gym to continue making progress long after the 6-week challenge is over.
Since this is a New Year “Challenge” after all, we’ve added a competition component. Everyone involved will be split into two groups each led by some of our expert strength coaches and you’ll have opportunities over the course of the 6 weeks to earn points for your team towards a prize!
