CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST

Champion is looking for a full time Client Services Specialist to work in a very fun and laid back fitness environment.  This is the perfect job for someone that loves fitness.

Responsible for enhancing the overall client experience by delivering the highest quality customer service.  To assure smooth and efficient client management so that all clients and potential clients will recognize Champion Physical Therapy and Performance as a professionally operated business, adding more value to their overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High School Diploma or its equivalent
  2. Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  3. High moral character and good attendance record
  4. Strong desire to work in a fitness and wellness related field
  5. Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and social media.
  6. Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies, regulations, and scope of job
  7. Polite, courteous, and tactful with the public both on the phone, in person, and with electronic communication
  8. Willing to learn or perform skills associated with business operations including, but not limited to, client management software, website management, social media management
  9. Minimum six-months experience in a customer service related position desired but not required

MINIMUM REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform customer service duties including answering/returning phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Perform customer experience duties that are above and beyond for client satisfaction and retention including responding to member needs, developing positive relationships, anticipating member needs, facilitating positive interactions with clients on social media, and assuring exceptional client experiences.
  3. Perform lead management tasks including responded to inquiries, sending information, tracking lead status, follow-up, scheduling, and coordinating appointments
  4. Perform client management tasks including data entry, scheduling, confirmation, attendance tracking, follow-up, sales, billing, processing paperwork, managing client management software, organizing clients’ training files, and new client coordination
  5. Perform administrative tasks including managing and ordering supplies, supplements, promotional items, etc.
  6. Assists with the development of client management systems that do not have them in place
  7. Assist with the management of social media accounts, including responsible for daily social media stories, etc. to capture the culture throughout the day
  8. Assists with coordinating live events and specialty workshops including planning, reservations, material preparation, attendee inquiries, order taking, processing, customer service, and other related live event duties; event attendance may be required
  9. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
  10. Perform any other tasks as delegated by staff to enhance overall client experience or business operations

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Full time position.  Hourly compensation.  Benefits include insurance, paid time off, and unlimited access to the gym and personal training
