Our summer Strength and Conditioning Programs are all designed to maximize your performance and are individualized based on an assessment of your needs. A custom program will be designed for you. You can chose how many times per week you train. The cost of training is dependent upon how many times you train per week. Discounts are applied the more often you train. You can pay on a monthly basis or sign up for the entire summer program and save. The summer sessions begins on June 16th and runs for 10 weeks until August 22.

Our summer Strength and Conditioning Programs for middle school athletes focus on establishing fundamental movement skills and starting to build strength and agility. Mastering these basics is the key to long term athletic development and will prepare the middle school athletes for future training programs when older. This will improve their athletic performance and give them a competitive advantage in the future. The middle school group training programs are fun and dynamic. They will challenge each athlete individually based on their age, training experience, and current athleticism

This is our acclaimed comprehensive program designed specifically to develop elite pitchers by enhancing performance and preventing injuries. The program includes soft tissue massage, manual therapy, and other techniques to regenerate the arm, avoid tightness, and keep you in top form all season, as well as specific manual techniques to strengthen the arm and enhance dynamic stability.
