If your schedule changes or, you experience a personal emergency and need to suspend your membership for 3 weeks or more (no less, please), complete the form below for the desired time.
A membership may be suspended with written notice ten (10) days prior to the next scheduled payment date. Suspensions must be for a minimum of three (3) weeks and a maximum of six (6) months. The suspension must have an end date when being scheduled. No open-ended suspensions are permissible with the exception of a signed medical release. Upon the expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. You may be charged a thirty dollar ($30) per month holding fee to retain your spot in our programs for each suspension. Only one (1) suspension is allowed per term of agreement.
Please note, this is not a membership cancelation request. If you would like to cancel your membership during the hold period, please visit our Membership Cancellation page for more details. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
