The one-stop-shop to enhance your baseball & softball performance through a comprehensive strength and conditioning program, arm care program, and skills coaching from our team.
Every athlete begins with a 1-on-1 physical therapy evaluation to assess strength, movement patterns, and identify any weaknesses. In baseball, the body creates power when throwing, but the arm must control that force—making arm care essential for performance and injury prevention. A structured arm care and throwing program is a cornerstone of every Major League Baseball player’s routine, yet it’s often overlooked in younger athletes.
Not all strength programs are designed with baseball performance in mind. At Champion, every athlete begins with a 1-on-1 Sports Performance assessment with a strength coach to create a custom program tailored to your specific goals and needs. By focusing on total athletic development—building lower body strength, linear speed, and rotational power—we help you increase velocity, improve bat speed, and perform at your highest level.
Notice how pitching and hitting come last? Without a strong foundation of movement and strength, even the best mechanics or programs won’t deliver results. Once that base is built, your body can get more out of skill-specific coaching. Whether you’re developing sound mechanics, increasing velocity, or diving into advanced pitch design, our expert coaches are here to help you reach the next level.
Most athletes focus on just one or two key areas—but true development happens when you train all three: movement, strength, and skill. This is the formula used by the Big Leaguers we work with to prepare for every season. At Champion, we make it easy by offering all three in one place, giving you the complete system needed to reach your highest potential.
